EBIKES REFUNDS
Sunrise Electric Bicycles accepts ebike returns up to thirty (30) days after you receive your purchase. eBikes must be returned in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for return. Sunrise eBikes has a 15% restocking fee that will be applied to your refund. It is the customers responsibility for shipping the item back to Sunrise eBikes. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required for returns.
To start a return, contact us at Sales@sunrise-ebikes.com. Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
eBikes returned prior to receiving approval will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, If and once approved, an automatic refund minus the 15% restocking fee will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow adequate time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Sunrise immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct your order. See our Warranty Policy for more information about damaged and defective ebikes.
